As someone who has just moved to Brisbane from overseas, this branch helped me verify my ID and get set up following my online account opening in no time. Tracey was very helpful and just generally lovely! Unlike the CBD branch, which wouldn’t help me because I was only the 4th person in-line before the store opened and they could only help 3 people a day apparently…
Have a bad experience today around 5th April around 330pm. Staff seems to ignore to help because i am Asian. I felt disgusted by their behavior and professionalism. They were chatting and 1 guy was doing a boxing dance while i was standing alone in the queue. I hope the top management watches the camera video and looks into their disgusting staff that treats the Commonwealth customers. Luckily a nice lady walked out of the room and came to help me. Overall, i still felt Disgusted Experience!!!
Wouldn't go to this bad boi again - I checked the mailbox everyday for 13 business days to find out that my debit card was never even ordered from the downtown branch who did order it. Opening the account went okay, but that was actually the biggest inconvenience at the time and I almost went crazy looking every day. 7-10 days sometimes means "we didn't order your card" I guess? I don't know lol
Slow, understaffed, unreliable-basically awful in pretty much every way a bank branch can be.
Rubbish branch and under staffed. Was told i had to put my name down so they can call me when they have time to check my ID. Ridiculous
Warning: Their phone is non-functioning. Called their branch from Mon-Thursday three times a day and they never answered. Tried to leave voice mail but it’s all full. Went there in person and they said that they couldn’t pick up the phone because all the staff is busy dealing with customers so they don’t have time to pick up the phone. Instead suggested to book appointment online, but there’s no such option. Ended up just walking in again and waited

Tried to withdraw some cash in Toowong Village ATM. After entering the PIN and the money sum, it accidentally showed "Your card has expired and will be kept within the ATM" and that's all. Wait, but my card was valid till August 2022 and today is 19 July 2020! Left me without being able even to do any shopping for the coming week! Still need to wait up to 10 business days for the new card to be posted! Was this ATM hacked or something?
Reviews are true. Staff member halfway through said had to move desk and proceeded to just walk out. May have gone for coffee. Had to then wait for second staff member who apologised, rolled her eyes and then put on waiting list again
Met a lovely lady named Jan who helped me quickly start the process of obtaining a key card. Thanks for being so helpful!
