Closes at 4pm. Never been a member of a bank that closes this early. Drove an hour there to pick up a card at 4.15pm and no one there's.

This has to be the worst St George branch in existence. The teller that served me several weeks ago and today was disrespectful, rude and arrogant both times. When I asked to see the manager during today's confrontation I was told that the manager was away today. When I then asked to see the person in charge, the teller told me that she was in charge thereby blocking any avenue of complaint in the branch.  I have written to the CEO of Westpac detailing both incidents and demanding an apology. I am now in the process of moving my money from St George to another provider; one who knows whose money they are dealing with. All because a member of staff felt the need to show me 'who was in charge' St George have just lost a serious amount of lifetime earnings from me. As always: win the argument, lose the customer.
