Spend too much time waiting for tellers. Old bank better. More tellers needed. Staff not friendly.

Terrible service at front desk from a female today. Never experienced such bad service from a bank before. Very arrogant and unhelpful. Been with Westpac and NAB, never experienced this before with either bank at Helensvale.

Have always been very helpful and friendly. The new branch has plenty of self service machines outside which makes deposits/withdrawals much quicker.

Terrible service always feel like they are trying to rush you out the door.

Also I withdraw $20000 from my account and handed to me in loose notes not even a rubber band or envelope 
Totally unacceptable.

Previous branch was better for all service. Need more tellers and always wait with long queues. She didn't count the notes when I withdraw $5000 cash.
