My pregnant wife was just refused access to the money in our joint account by the rudest piece of s**t teller at the NAB - Helensvale branch. Disgraceful that her job description lists "customer service" as something you do on the daily. To think you get paid for it is even more puzzling. Do everyone a favour - have a few too many drinks and drive home. Yes, you - the short, round blob with the short red hair. Have a terrible weekend.

Nab you ruined my Christmas present . Yesterday your website said you were open today . I went to get a bank cheque so I could collect new car and you were closed . I see now that you have changed your website to say Christmas Eve hours may vary . That's to late she criedI will be closing my account with you Wednesday
