We have been happy Suncorp members for decades , mostly using the Nambour Branch as well as online banking. The staff there are unfailingly helpful as we need to withdraw money in differing note values, not the generic $50 or $100 from the ATM. With the imminent closure of the Nambour Branch a 8 minute drive from home & easy parking , we are faced with a 20 minute drive to the Sunshine Plaza plus a " find a carpark " scenario. This action also impacts disastrously on Nambour , as many customers who normally would shop after they do their banking now will shop elsewhere...our ageing population may also be impacted & as well as us be considering changing our loyalties & moving to another bank.
Only 1 person in a team ~10 trained help with an insurance query and they weren’t available.
4 customers in line, 4 staff members standing in the foyer, one on the counter actually serving.
Excellent staff.
