I am leaving a review on behalf parent's who had an appalling experience with Sam Archer. I only just became aware of this experience and it should be noted that this happened back in June. First of all, he made them wait whilst he stood around attending nothing. My parents felt as if it was a power play move. My parent's went to see Sam about a loan. At this appointment my mother informed Sam about her circumstances, she is on disability due to tragic events. Upon finding out her circumstances he treated her with disdain and utter disrespect. During this time he no longer gave her eye contact, was arrogant, rude and left her feeling completely disheartened. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Everybody, no matter their circumstances or financial situation deserves to be treated with empathy, dignity and respect. You are working in a bank. The entire purpose of your job is to help people and give advice. If you cannot display these basic human emotions you should not be working with people. Being kind is literally the easiest thing you can do as a human being. Self reflect and do better, Sam. The next bank they attended welcomed them warmly and the process went as smoothly as anyone could hope for.
Alice Cruickshank is AMAZING! She is brilliant at customer service, soo knowledgeable and friendly. And she really Has my interests at heart. She’sa definite keeper and management material!! THANK YOU Alice!!
We recently moved our mortgage over to BOQ Buderim and have been extremely impressed at the professionalism of not just the franchise owner Marcus but in fact that of all of the staff. The process of remortgaging is known to be laden with a lot of paper work and we thought this would involve complexity and take a lot of time, however, to our surprise the staff helped to make this an easy process and were always quick to update and assist us every step of the way. Would highly recommend this specific BOQ branch.
BOQ Buderim joined forces with our health charity - Wishlist - to provide a valuable boost to the local health service several years ago and have since supported our work to fund vital medical equipment, staff education, hospital accommodation and patient support services such as the Clown Doctors service, yoga, music and pet therapy. The community-minded team at BOQ Buderim are professional, helpful and go above and beyond to benefit local patients and families. Thank you for all you do Team BOQ Buderim.
Both front counter staff and upper management/owners are very easy to get along with. Have realistic expectations and you wont be disappointed in the service you are able to get from this branch, for either personal or business - which I deal with them for both.
Great bank fantastic service.
