Took my son in to set up his first bank account. Was told by a busy and distracted rude staff member to take a seat, do it online through the app and if I had any questions ask a staff member. Terrible experience and felt totally ignored for something important for us. Will go to another branch from now on and hope for better service.
On the 29th August, I was appointed a very unpleasant staff member. A lack of patience, showing her frustrations with burst of sighs and rolling of the eyes throughout the entire session. She talked down at me, showing no respect, and had poor skills at providing insight into the banking system. Hence ensued a complete breakdown in communication, leaving me depleted, stressed, and very embarrassed. This mistreatment does not reflect on the other staff members.
Rude unhelpful staff, seems it inconveniences them to withdraw money. Maroochydore branch are much more helpful and friendly.
Rude unhelpful staff. The branch looks horrible, I can't believe a bank can look like that.
I simply try to update my phone number from otherseas to get a netcode and be able to use my app normally. I called 3 times the customer service and waited for hours until they hung up on me. Impossible to get my phone number updated and transfer my money as I want !!!
The lady that was on customer service helping at the atms was absolutely horrible and rude to this one elderly lady that was just a little confused on how to deposit. She was being a bully to the poor lady and i think that having someone being that rude and bullying an elderly lady is disgusting and reflects poorly on this branch.
I would like to commend the manager Jo Gatehouse. I had a fairly complex issue and the lengths she went to in helping to solve our problem was extraordinary. I would highly be recommend the Buderim branch to anyone in need of personal service. Forever grateful.
Buderim branch is void of customer service and is just a room with a choice of teller machines. Grateful I do not bank with CBA. Customers are left milling around waiting for assistance with know idea if someone is going to appear from behind the wall to help them. There is no system to identify who is first to be served and customers have to argue for their position. I opted to leave and use another bank.
There are some very friendly, supportive, patient, and flexible staff here, The bank supporting the destructive fossil fuel industry is a downer, but that's not the fault of the staff here.
This Branch is a disaster. If this is how commbank treats customers, no bank should be "too big to fail"
