Honestly the worst experience. After persevering for 6+ months through un-notified cancelled appts, mis-diagnoses, late appointments & medical receptionists unable to lodge Medicare claims, I found some hope in a locum Dr who attended the practice a day a week. When she left the practice after ordering a host of specialist & pathology tests for me - I was told I couldn’t be seen by any other Dr as “their books are closed to new patients” despite the fact I had been seen by multiple practice Drs over a 9 month period. When enquiring what I would do then about the multiple reports & results that had been sent to them - the receptionist very reluctantly arranged an appt for me with a different doctor to get my results. Shockingly bad customer care. It’ll be my last appointment.
I visited this health centre late this morning. It was busy yet peaceful. The practitioners and administrators were so client focussed it was a joy. Thank you.
Always a nice experience lovely receptionist most of the time and caring Doctors with solid professional advice.
I am very happy with the services provided by this clinic . Great reception staff and excellent doctors as well , very thorough in their work Happy team that truly care.
The staff is fine, friendly. However, high price and zero consideration towards the patients. Where, even booking appointment with plenty of time, they keep us waiting almost 1 hour! If you'd like to be attended by 12 pm, try booking it to 11 at least.
Very disappointed not very Christian. Called up on a Sunday for a replacement script as I was covid positive and an asthmatic and I needed medication to help breathe. They said they would call back after speaking with doctor. After 3 hours nothing. They had completely forgotten about me. Seemed unable to locate my file notes. Said they wouldn't normally do it and then told me they would charge $115 for a 'consult.' I have done this with other services and it has not been a problem in the past. I was looking for a doctor surgery that would reflect Christian principles. Given that I was very sick I am very disappointed.
Very helpful. Receptionist rang me to say the doctor was running late, so I arrived at an agreed later time and didn't have to wait long at all. Excellent service.
All the doctors here have been amazing - Lovely all round staff - very friendly and helpful.
We would like to thank all of the Doctors and staff for their care and attention during our visit yesterday.
