I took my 7-month-old for a CT scan, and the experience was wonderful. The receptionists, staff and radiographers were all so lovely, kind, and well-prepared for her appointment. Everything was done so quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend!

I had an MRI previously at I-Med Buderim and found them really good. This time I needed to get in in a rush to find out if I had a stress fracture only a few weeks out from competing in a world championship running event. So I decided to pay for the MRI to get the results to my sports doctor before my appointment, even though I could get the scan for free if I waited for the doctor’s referral. But time was critical. I was interstate at my dying grandfather’s bedside but flew back to qld to get the scan done on a Friday afternoon so my doctor would have the results for our Tuesday appt. But the radiologist hadn’t provided a report. Dr tried to get hold of him and “call me back” but I left paying a drs bill of $250 with the only advice “there’s something wrong but I don’t know what it is until I read the radiologists report”. Now it’s a week after the MRI and still the doctor hasn’t got hold of the radiologist. I’m $565 out of pocket, gave up time I’ll never get back with my grandad, and still have no answers about what’s wrong with my leg. Will be going to Lumus in future.

The best medical care I’ve ever received. I had a MRI of the brain and had a nurse Adele looking after me the entire time. I had sedation because I was extremely nervous and they made me feel so cared for and I didn’t feel uncomfortable about how I felt.

Outstanding care during my biopsy. Grateful to Doctor Roger and the lovely Lois for their kindness and professionalism. Front desk girls were fantastic too. From referral booking to on-the-day procedure, the process was informative & seamless. Very very impressed with this facility and all who work here. Thank You.
