Great service once you can get an appointment. They never answer the phone tho. Trying to cancel my appointment so someone else can take it but I can't even leave a message.
I found the staff very capable and friendly .i have blood test often and can have issues with drawing the bloods .Have had no problems here .
Went for a standard blood test yesterday. When I walked I was the only one waiting. While I was sitting there, another 3 people came in. As 1 of the 2 collectors came out another person walked in. The collector took everyone’s request forms and sent the lady who just walked in straight through. I understand there is a triage process, but no explanation was given at all. After waiting over 30 minutes with 2 people who arrived after me, seen first, I walked out. Not really good enough.
Collector was lovely fast and efficient. Chatted. I was happy
Walked in just after 7:30 and out by 7:45. Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating.
Service has dramatically improved
Friendly and professional staff, I cannot recommend highly enough!
Extremely slow service.
