I reiterate another review on here.  Saw doctor as moved to area and wanting surgery close to home.  Being older.  Was in pain needed care told sorry only have 15 minutes.  Wow. Most insensitive uncaring judgemental experience ever with a doctor.  Left in tears.  Maybe other doctors are good there I will never know as wouldn't go back.  Front reception were lovely. However.

Friendly staff and brilliant doctors/GP's that actually know what they are doing as I'm am one to usually wait out medical issues, not to name names but a doctor got straight onto my issue and atleast kept me going for the time being I shall return. The only doctor Ive seen there I would like to consider my regular doctor.  Still in pain but should be good with the help Ive received.

I’m sure everyone has different experiences, however I will not be coming back. The doctor I saw was the  most insensitive, judgmental, unsupportive waste of my time. I have never been so belittled. The reception were lovely though! I honestly couldn’t fault them at all.

Have had reasonable experiences in the past, but wont be going back.  Really, some training is needed for the phone/reception staff.   The receptionist I spoke to yesterday was so rude, so dismissive, so hostile ranting at me about other callers abusing them...not me by the way, so uninformed she had some inaccurate info, and when I kept trying to ask a question to clarify my understanding she got more and more defensive that I gave up.    Her lack of a care factor was soooo evident.  No effort whatsoever to treat me as a person who had called in some distress.  Got off the phone and burst into tears.

I was hoping to make this practice our regular family spot. The first couple of in person appoinments were fine. However, across a telehealth call the GP was dissmissive and refused to take my call unless my medicare card was provided. I have a new baby and at the time was still waiting for our new card to be issued. Rather than refuse to listen to a tired and concerned new mother, an option to pay in leui of medicare card would have been sufficent. I hung up in tears, after the GP remarked "do you burp your baby?" as some kind of lame advice. Won't be returning to this practice.

These doctors are the worst. I have received so much lack of care from this practice, from different doctors over the last two years, it is disgusting. It is called healthcare for a reason, yes, they show no care. Just rang to ask for a medical exemption that I am entitled to under the government rules and these doctors refuse to sign, for no reason, other than to force me to vaccinate. Sucks there is no good doctors in this town anymore.

I am yet to call doctors at morayfield and be greeted by friendly reception staff or have a positive experience when booking an appointment usually I avoid calling if I can however HotDoc doesn’t allow you to book some appointments online. I am Also rarely even greeted with a hello or smile when I come in for my appointment. Your staff need a serious overhaul and retraining on phone manner. Lorraine’s phone manner is particularly rude, blunt and aggressive. What a horrible experience it is having to call for an appointment.

On two occasions now we have been disappointed with this medical practice. The first was when we booked an appointment for two people and the doctor said she only had time to see one. The second was today when the doctor told my husband who is unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons to just get used to it. We are fairly used to it having just moved up from Victoria. It is not that he is not used to it it is that he has trouble breathing while wearing one for work. Disappointed.

I go to the HotDoc app to make an appointment.   On there, against the only 2 doctors that are available, it says "Call the Clinic to make an appointment".    So I call the clinic.   There you are put onto a looping message which says "If you are calling to make an appointment, hang-up & go to the HotDoc app and book on-line".     ABSOLUTELY USELESS...

At this medical practice you are Validated and made feel like valued person instead of just another dollar in their pockets . They actually Look you in the eye when they talk to you and they do actually care about You unlike other so called medical practitioners I’ve given my loyalty to in the past . I am happy with this practice .reason for 4 stars , there is always room for improvements as far as I’m concerned
