I was very happy with the support I received from this practice yesterday and in particular from Dr Asma Sultan. I went there because my usual Dr is away. Even though I was not going to be a regular patient, the attention was first class. Thank you!!
When i went in for the first time a couple of weeks ago, the doctor was lovely and actually had an interest in wanting to hear about who i am and what i do for work and my medical conditions and i was at first taken aback as i am not used to dealing with kind respectful doctors. It is super old school in there. Small office, one receptionist one doctor not online. But they are wonderful people and i want to make him my new regular GP. I have a massive list of issues to go over so it will take a few visits but i have so much hope and respect with the doctor. He's very nice and lovely and the lady at reception is super sweet and polite. 10/10 would recommend. So much easier than going to other bulk billing places tbat are super busy and just don't care and want you in and out even if you have a complex issue
Has always been a great doctor
They don't answer you phone calls at all and it just keeps ringing and ringing. Unprofessional if a business can't answer the phone....
