Have been several times for SNS and pedicure, my nails always look great and last a long time.

I had SNS put on my nails here and after one week two of my nails have peeled off, taking with it my natural nail. The SNS was also layered on so thick that my fingers look they have huge bubbles on the end. I was also sat there for two hours as only two girls were working and so I was just left there waiting whilst my girl was going between myself and someone else. I'm not usually one to write a poor review but I was that disappointed and they look that terrible I feel obliged to. Really really disappointing as this place is on my doorstep and I was hoping to be a regular customer. I now have to rush around before the weekend to get my nails fixed somewhere else when I shouldn't have to do that. I don't understand how I've had such a bad experience when all the other reviews seem to be good. Very unhappy.

Staff are great, salon is bright and clean and my SNS manicure is one of the best I've ever had. Definitely the best place on Toorak Rd by far. Pricing is great too!
