Understocked in toppings. Toppings getting skimpy servings. Food quality has dropped in last 3 years. Get quality toppings - not cheap plastic cheese.

Restaurant looks alright. I didn't try the quality of the food though because Nigel is an incredible rude and aggressive employee. He behaved like he would be the boss, which makes his behavior even leas tolerable ! Disappointed that characters as such get to work in hospitality.

One of the worst experience I have had. If I could give zero stars, I would. A health inspector needs to come in and review their food handling process because I believe there are some serious issues. The main purpose for them using gloves is not to keep their hands clean; the primary objective is to keep the food clean. Wiping the table surface with a dirty rag, then serving a customer without changing gloves poses a huge health risk to the customer. This was not the first time I witnessed this at this subway. They brush away food scraps, handle garbage bins, dirty mops and brooms all with their gloves on which is fine, but then a customer walks in, and they use those same dirty gloves to serve the next customer. The same goes for the plastic vegetable containers. When they swap out the old containers, they scrape all the old vegetable slices and old juices into the new container. The food could have been sitting there overnight or several nights, who knows. The last few times I have gone there, the subways have had a dirty metallic after taste no matter which style Subway I choose. The last time I got violently ill.
