Horrible service and staff. I’ve been ignored on multiple occasions and not even acknowledged. Stood there for 5 minutes while one girl was counting money, looked at me and continued. She was wearing long pink fake nails... serving and making sandwiches? Pretty sure that doesn’t follow the health and safety guidelines in the hospitality industry. Disgusting.

This subway has to be the most unsanitary foot outlet I know. The staff are rude and incompetent. The last time I was here I purchased a footlong subway I saw one of the staff eating at the back of the store, and then she began serving customers without washing her hands! Avoid.

Amazing staff and all ways fresh food. This is the only subway store i would visit.

Absolutely disgusted bought two foot longs today 21.5.17 around 3 pm after a movie at Hoyt's. Ruined my family's whole bloddy day. Pigs arse of a service(service set aside) horrible food. From the counter to the table in food court. Opened up the damn thing n went everywhere. One cut only half way through and the other one they didn't even bother to cut(forgot perhaps). Bread wasn't even cooked half way through, it literally just dissolved with sauce.Couldn't even pick it up. All in all cost me 27 bucks n two subs to landfill . I am literally fuming
