Terrible customer service. I was giving her a $5 note that was damaged. I asked the cashier to change the note. The response I got was we do not have any notes left or coins. I told her what I was I supposed to do with a damaged five dollar note. After standing there for 5 minutes explaining to this zombie cashier. Finally she took the $5 notes from the cashier next to her and exchange. Totally not going to this McDonalds anymore because they don't have any common sense. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Dr

*** LOCAL GUIDE - IN PRESON LEVEL 3 GUIDE A REVIEW YOU CAN TRUST. The food is fairly decent here but I have had better to be honest, the staff is generally good times out of ten but some of them can be a bit rude at times. However therefore at this Northland Store, during peak period such as lunch times and Friday nights, and during after school rush the wait times are extremely long, and they aren't very well organised or time management skills kind of suck here to be honest. The team need to manage peak hours and the staffing better to be honest and that's a fact from my point of view as a local guide.

Bought my automobile from here. To my surprise it was faulty as it had no wheels. I have installed them now and still am unable to drive it to Arkhangelsk city. Thank you McDonald's for this unpleasant experience. 1 star
