Understaffed. One person serving during a rush. A big company like subway shouldn’t cut corners like that. The poor worker was very apologetic about it. Will probably go back.. get more staff!!!

The lady called Love has served me a couple of times and she's just very rude to everyone and especially younger staff member. She also doesn't take care of her personal hygiene as you can smell how bad she is. She also wasn't wearing any gloves when making my sub

I went there on a Saturday a few weeks around 11:30am. The women who served me was really rude and was bossing around her young female staff. Next time I'll be going to the Subway in Bayswater as they have never been rude like this.

The women serving here has a foul mood. Cant even listen to your order to get it right. Terrible attitude and bossy. New owners need to re-evaluate their attitude to the store. Won't be coming back here again.
