My experience today at Subway Lilydale was below average. If I could give it 0 stars I would but google makes me give at least 1 star. I actually couldn't eat my sub after this because the attitude of said girl below made me feel sick. I was served by the rudest girl named Amy (Easter Monday). The radio was blasting so I could not hear her properly and also because she was so short she stood below the glass window that her voice wasn't able to project over the glass and compete with the loud music. Because I couldn't hear her, she became quite agitated that she had to repeat herself and then she just became so rude I had to stand up for myself and say "I cannot hear you because the music is so loud in here". This aggravated her further. There were no smiles, no manners - nothing. I have never been treated so rudely and disgusting at the Subway I have been going to for the last 8 years. The old manager with red hair would never of stood for the kind of treatment. He was right on top of his staff and they were all lovely and kind. Manager take note: you need to get this Amy girl some serious training in customer service ASAP. Amy take note: if you don't like your job, leave and while you are at it, learn some manners and etiquette. You are bringing the company and yourself down.
