Went in during lunch time today and had an order for 9 subs which put the lads under a lot of pressure given the rush. They were extremely professional about it however and provided service with a smile. Shout out to James and Vinn (?) who were exceptional..they went out of their way to be helpful, were polite and just fantastic to deal with! 😊

Biggest joke and worst customer service. Was being served by an older lady who would ask me what I wanted then midst me saying what salad I would like she would be talking over the top of me to another staff member and completely ignore me. So rude. Try smiling once in a while!!!

I had exceptional service from a young gentleman named "vinnis way" such a well mannered young gentleman! Would recommend this store to anyone!

I bought a foot long sub for the first time in ages and it was delicious. They make it right there in front of your eyes. I've always dreamed about a man making me a sandwich.

Go here if you wanted to be treated like a piece of s... The so called "assistant manager" Karen can go shove one. I've never seen someone so grumpy and unhappy to work somewhere and have such a foul attitude... I'm sure she must get complaint every single day about how pathetic her service to customers is as she treated me like a piece of crap. I feel sorry for the poor staff that would have to put up with her every day. If you read this Karen... cheer the f&@! Up!!
