There were only 4 people in front of me but I queued for about 15 minutes because there was only one lady serving who was very slow. She asked the lady in the back (presumably the manager - not wearing uniform and had her head in her iPad the whole time, not very friendly) to help her and she said no! When she was doing my order she stopped after the salads and started serving the guy behind me??? Then she started doing them together and I had to wait for her to package his before I could pay! Was pretty bad service.

I love the BMT, but recently they only put 1  type of salami and ham instead of 2.  Looks like the owner is saving money on everything. I hated to give 1star but being a salami lover, it was pretty upsetting. :(

The service was not good and they were not friendly at all 
Even it was not a rush hour, they looked annoying and unkind. This is my worst subway ever
