Could not be more unhappy!!! My 2008 Forrester has been sitting at Subaru Darwin for 11 weeks. $2,000 worth of repairs and the workshop still have not 'addressed the initial complaint'. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Rip off multiple times. Broke casing in car then denied it. Didnt notice issue with turbo and kept prescribing burn off's even though car had been looked at 3 times. Charged for all 3. Only used them for warranty purposes. Totally not worth it. Recently got air bag recall and called multiple times (at least 5) and was told id get a call back but nobody ever did on all 5 occasions. It has been over 3 months and im still driving around with faulty air bag. Service manager is rude and poor reception staff have to deal with it. Called him out when he tried to overcharge $200 of things we shouldnt be charged for. Didnt have to pay it as he knew it wasnt for us to pay. But feel sorry for people who dont know any better and pay the overprice. Paid over $700 for services here. These services cost $300 elsewhere. Totally not worth it

Really bad "service centre". Prices are high and the service quality is low. Having to bring the car back for the 3rd time for a simple wheel alignment.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My son has had his car stuck here for 6 months, took 5 months for them to find the problem, now are overcharging $$$. Rude, aggressive, rip off. Avoid.
