The best customer service i have ever received at any bike shop, thank you Yamaha for making the move. I have been dealing with Nathan and Kyle since I moved to Darwin 10 years ago and find no reason to shop elsewhere, the personalised service is first class. Keep up the great work guys👍

Great service and friendly advice. 
Buying my first major motorbike and the help was great, they made sure I had an understanding of everything and we're friendly to talk with. I had no issues at all buying my bike, really simple and they got it to me in under a week. 
Big thanks to all the guys at Yamaha Holeshot.

Tad on the expensive side, but always great customer service and advice if you don't mind waiting a little while for it.

i'd like to see them get a bit more active online, and list specials for used bikes and when gear is on sale so you don't need to pop into the store all the time.

Absolutely amazing service! These guys did a pre-purchase inspection on a bike I was buying sight unseen. The bike had a few teething problems due to the owner doing some modifications (which were a bit  shoddy). The guys at Holeshot fixed these for me, did a fantastic job of it too! They added some accessories, and labour was all done really well and at a good price. John looked after me the whole time from the minute I called him from QLD to the minute I flew into the NT to pick my bike up. I would NEVER visit anyone else in Darwin in regards to motorcycle parts and service. My bike has not missed a beat since!
