Absolutely useless. They have scratched my car in three different places when my car was there for servicing. They miss inform you and don't stick to their words. My car has extended warranty, my in car display has issues, in-spite of mentioning this, I was directed to a third party for repairs, where I was informed that SUBARU is aware of this problem and does not want to get involved. I called them again this morning to discuss this. I was advised by Bret that I will get a call in the next twenty minutes, Still waiting for that call. The customer service is appalling. August 13 After my first review. I was contacted by the team at Subaru . They were very apologetic and offered to set the record straight. I was then put in touch with the customer service team at Subaru Berwick, who then promptly assisted me in getting my in car display unit ($900 for a new unit and after three weeks) replaced it and detailed the car for free. It's good to see that the team at Subaru are very serious about their customers feed back. A big thanks to the team at Subaru Berwick. Appreciate the power of social media.

Customer service representative wasn't taken ownership and talk himself out of customer issues and thinking that's I don't know anything about car just because am a female customer. He was kind of rushing to go home cause it was the end of the closing time. I personally think that I wasnt been listening to and ignore and feel that he doesn't want to deal with me and let someone else deal with it.

Incredible customer service from Andrew. He set us up with a really good deal and made sure we were always well looked after. Me and my brother both ended up getting Imprezas and we are so happy! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dont buy a used car here. 1 star is too generous. They had no idea about the car I bought, didnt get it detailed or anything before putting it on the floor. Pressured me so much, I was buying the car regardless, but there sales tactics made me not want to buy it. Treated me like an idiot, then when I went to pick the car up never held up there side of what was to be fixed. Made buying a car a horrible experience.
