Our highly trained team ensure a welcoming and encouraging environment for all ages and fitness levels.Studio Three is located at L1, 56 Surrey Crescent. Our purpose built studio is spacious with wooden floors and beautiful large windows to let in plenty of light and fresh air. The studio is fully equipped with showers and change room for those going onto work. On street parking available."

I joined Studio Three's Midlife, Movement and Menopause Reset Program. Viv is very clearly passionate and super knowledgeable about women in menopause. She was incredibly supportive to our group, and the programme taught me so much about what was happening to my hormones and body. Combined with My Menopause Transformation, I now have the tools to embrace this stage of life, and have discovered a new joy in reformer! Ladies, I'm happy to tell you there is a way forward. If you are hesitant and looking for a sign to take the leap, this is it. You won't regret it.
Viv is an outstanding teacher. Her knowledge of the human body is simply amazing. The outdoor classes are the best. I always leave feeling invigorated and energised. Highly recommend this wonderful Studio.

I've been going to Studio 3 for nearly two years, I just love this place. Instructors are so well qualified, which helps me doing the exercise right . At one stage thought I was too old, but I'm 64 next year and feel so fit and muscle tone is amazing as we do loose this. I would not hesitate to recommend Studio 3.
Wonderful studio. I always look forward to going to my classes! The instructors are highly skilled and amazing. They make sure that you have the proper techniques and always encouraging and challenging you every class!
Would give Studio Three 10 stars if I could! I joined in August 2019 and absolutely love everything about it. They offer a variety from Barre to Pilates and TRX so you can never get bored and the amazing trainers always keep it interesting. You can tell they love being there and helping out members. The vibe in the studio is great too, everyone is so friendly and nice. Viv has done a wonderful job of making Studio Three the welcoming and amazing place it is. Would 100% recommend to everyone!
Love the classes and instructors so much!! Such a fun way to get fit and everyone is so helpful. Really easy to tailor exercises to fit your own needs and abilities and the classes work muscles you wouldn’t usually think of. Regular gyms don’t compare!
Absolutely love the classes at xtend barre ponsonby! Always get a great body toning and cardio work out! The instructors are amazing and great motivators, I have been a VIX member for 4 months now and feel so much stronger for it! Best 'Gym' I've ever attended!
Xtend Barre Ponsonby is fantastic. The teachers are so skilled and class sizes perfect for individual attention. But best of all it is both fun and an amazing workout. My back loves me for going to classes.
I absolutely love this barre studio I have been a member for a few years now and enjoy every single class. The instructors are amazing and it’s such a beautiful space.
