My favourite Pilates studio! The workouts are always challenging, and you’re always doing something new! You definitely start to feel and see results quickly. The classes are fun and you are supported throughout each session. The instructors are awesome and they genuinely care about their students. Whether it’s working with an injury, soreness or just to achieve a goal- they will stick with you to make sure you are looked after every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Loving the classes and our Instructor Joanne. She is highly skilled, professional and very Friendly. I have lost 4 kg since I started Pilates a month ago thanks to my weekly classes. My only complaint is the lack of clases in the evening on weekends for people like me that may be working. Please add some after-hours classes for those days!

I’ve fallen victim to signing up to plenty of gym/fitness memberships by being coaxed with cheap memberships or limited offers which are rarely followed up with any support or help. From the minute I expressed interest on their website, beautiful Becki (who adds ever so much value to your visit every time!) phoned me almost instantly to discuss my interest, and this was followed through right to my orientation session. I’m now in my 3rd month of Pilates at the Henley beach studio - and can say it is the first time I’ve walked in to train and have felt comfortable and welcome every time. The staff go out of their way to remember names, medical conditions or health restraints, and remember your capacities to always make sure you are challenged. Working in a job which is physically taxing on my back and neck, the relief of coming to a session where I can both wind down and challenge myself is a massive breath of fresh air! Couldn’t recommend the studio enough, thanks guys!

Studio Pilates at Henley Beach is amazing. The instructors are always friendly and helpful and make you feel super comfortable. Easy booking process, clean and modern facilities and a fun and motivating workout.

The Studio Pilates at Henley Beach is absolutely incredible! The lovely staff make the experience 10x better by being super friendly and taking the time to check in personally to see how are you are doing. Combining this with the workouts that have changed my body and my lifestyle, i feel like a new me!
