Completely stuffed up my entire work injury case, never looked into my wrong hourly rate, never followed through with my conciliation claim, they never call back, they get narky on the phone when you question why nothing is happening 1 year 2 years 3 4 5 years later and they still give me the run around and no answers, no contact,  my lawyer left the form and that's the last I heard from them apart from all the times I ring and ask what's happening with my case, I'm permanently disabled, on the wrong payrate from the start and they've done not a single thing about it

Would not waste your time an money with them the first solicitor my son had John was good but he retired and he just had dropkicks after that they cost my son so much money and put him under so much pressure for stupid things like they would make Drs appointment's for him at Melbourne at 8.30am when he lived 5 hours away so 2 days of work an cost of a motel an not once but a few times
