I spent $63,000 over 14 months and no closer to seeing my kids. When it got hard, they ran and left me in a very bad position 2 weeks out from a family court hearing and then took a long time to hand the documents over to the new Lawyers. I received an email, no decency or professionalism of a call, at the close of business of business on a Friday afternoon which says a lot about how they operate and their integrity. As soon as I gave the new lawyer details, an invoice of over $2000 magically appeared even though a final invoice was already paid. I'm now close to an extra $10,000 for the new lawyers to get their head around my case with zero care factor from Jellie McDonald. Please be aware of their lack of compassion, it's about them and not you and they are more than happy to take exorbitant amounts of money from you with no accountability or care for the client. They also sent confidential documents of mine straight to my ex and took no responsibility and again made excuses. This again says a lot about their lack of professionalism and integrity. There are a lot better Lawyers in Warrnambool that will actually have care and professionalism towards their clients. I've had a new lawyer for 2 weeks and am a lot closer to resolving my issues.

Helen is fantastic at what she does. Highly recommend for family law.
