Initially was unsure what to expect from an web ad on car site for a car I was looking to finance. Got a call from Nikki C the very next day. Was excellent. Went through the various options available to finance a car. I knew that I still had to meet the credit criteria to obtain a loan. She looked at a few options based on my personal circumstances & found a product with the best rate. Car I wanted ended up being a touch more. Not a problem, had a scope to increase funds that were required. Car obtained. I understand that there are different operators within the coy, and Nikki was absolute perfect. Constantly in touch, walked me through all the various docs to review. Answered all my Qs & funds arrived exactly as was informed. Thank u!!
