I'd attended this branch twice to lodge Enduring Power of Attorney forms for a family member, I was demanded to present a letter from a Doctor and had queried why it was required or whether I needed it. I was then asked to leave the store when I could not present it, I drove 10 minutes to another branch and was presented with 2 additional options to assist. It would have been nice if the Branch Manager at Port Melbourne Yen Nguyen took the time to inform me of the same options... I won't attend this branch again. Additionally a male staff member whom was present on both occasions was a pest and threatened to call the police when I was politely telling them how unhappy I was.

Absolutely useless. After visiting this branch today, I am sadly going to leave Commbank after being a customer for 16 years. Rang customer service before visiting, was advised no appointment needed to open a business account. Once at the branch, advised by employee after checking all the paperwork, that we need an appointment, and asked to wait for 3 and half hours. Get your act together and STOP wasting customers' time.
The most pathetic, useless bank I've ever used. The staff are incompetent. They have no idea what they're doing. Stay well away from these pathetic people. I went in to resolve an issue. Spent an hour with a young Indian girl who kept smiling yet had no idea what she was doing. Then I dealt with the Branch Manager. She contradicted everything her colleague said. They both had no idea what they were talking about. I left after two hours more confused than I was when I arrived. I then went home and resolved the issue on my own without the assistance of any of their hopeless staff. Yes, I'm not trained by CBA, yet I understand their systems better than their staff.
I have complained four times about this branch without success. I only use their services to deposit foreign cheques and always receive a poor services, bad attitude, slow processing. Overall it is a very inefficient branch. Today, after 20 minutes waiting to deposit a cheque the employee went back and forth to "talk to her manager" Idecided to go to ANZ and make the deposit, it took me 5 minutes with a very efficient cashier.
Find any other bank then this one. They are beyond horrible. Terrible customer service. I actually am so sad to have to give a poor review. My time in Australia has been brilliant except for my experience at this particular bank.
No resolution. No guarantee of work getting done. The only answer they have is contact customer service.
I've considered switching to Commonwealth Bank but their refusal to rule out funding the Adani Carmichael Mine means I can't. It is a shame that their board's position is taking customers away from the hard working branch staff.
After 10 times going in and out of this branch still haven't got the right answer why they don't increase my credit card limit. Waste of time and useless. No happy at all. Poor costumer Service .
