The team at Dynasty are always quick to respond & always get the best deals. I just refinanced $2m+ worth of my own loans with him. Highly recommend.

Dealing with Jay is always a pleasure. He responds to my questions quickly. He knows exactly where to place my mortgages but the most important thing is that he knows HOW to place them. He understands how the lenders think and he knows how to pitch my ideas. I think that is the most valuable thing in a mortgage broker.

Jay's customer service makes you feel like you're being treated as not only a customer but as an old friend who doesn't just care about the bottom line.

You can tell Jay wants to do things the right way and is always looking out for your best interest at all times. On top of that Jay's credentials really stack up and he knows the industry very well including possible pitfalls that you might encounter.
