Super friendly staff! Christmas eve shortly before closing and the staff were still so friendly and welcoming and super helpful! 10/10!
Had a lot of stock which is nice. Price is alright. Unfortunately last time I went employee almost seemed annoyed you were shopping there. Was asked "erm you've been there a while, can I get you something" and seemed a bit annoyed maybe I imagined it?. As I was checking out I tried to ask about the price of something, and was essentially told "oh you need a quote, bye". Like wut? No price, no contact, no info, like I'm legit trying to purchase something +$5K do you NOT want my money?? I don't know if it was because the roof was half coming down that they wanted everyone out? But it left me looking at purchasing my other items to other hardware stores around. Which is a shame as staff is typically very nice.

Ordering online and doing click and collect made it so much easier I ordered what I needed and was there ready waiting to go.
The atmosphere is absolutely impeccable. For each and every second standing in this store, customers feel most welcome, purchase or no purchase. The level of assistance is just right, like Goldilock's porridge, not pushed to buy anything and the staff tell you what they know, not what they think they know. Thanks for discussing and finding solutions to my queries as well as providing good quality materials.

Only walked through it seem quite but it was late in the day
I was happily surprised. Lots of new stock, about time to, also love the big plant selection. Not happy about Sunday closure though, that's when I always seem to need all the extra bits.
Very helpful. Very impressed with their service and what I bought from them. My only concern is with Scholz Transport Services. Scholz is not very reliable and they do not leaving calling cards if they allegedly come to your home if you are not there. I had to contact Stratco myself and asked who delivered. I was like a detective trying to solve who delivered.
