Great place to shop...love their Garden Centre
Store is too small, doesn't carry half of the things that a trades person would need to complete ANY job. Customer service is very disappointing, staff are rude and condescending. Went to Mitre 10 in Kadina instead and they couldn't help enough. Would rather drive to Adelaide than shop at stratco kadina.
Can get what you need. The hardware in Kadina to go. Forget the rest. Staff need to know more about there product though.

Bought a large double car garage and carport from stratco and wanted to extend it but these guys couldn't even be bothered to ring me back.now my local true value hardware will get the sale and the rest I will buy from ebay.very foolish on your behalf

I knew what I was after, but had no idea what they were called, the staff member I spoke to understood what I needed and helped me locate the star dropper tops, great service as usual
