Great range, great lay out..... but.... Extremely greedily over priced due to no competition. Not sure what happens to M-10 when bunnings come to town.
The staff was very helpful on finding the items I needed for my work.
Got assistance as soon as I walked in, in about 15 minutes I had what I'd come for. It's great to be able to get what I needed all in one location

Seriously some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am not local but would love to have a store like this in our town. Agreed a little confusing having 2 stores but the staff will send you in the right direction and they are both just as friendly and eager to help. The isles were also very nice and neatly stocked, someone working there has an eye for detail and it was noticed!
A bit short on stock line but, the stock and price labels is an absolute mess. Lots of items without labels and fertilizers not where their label is. I made a comment to a staff member but, I think it went over her head.
Unbelievable customer service above and beyond our expectations. Our gas hose lead on van gas bottle leaked and due to age, had to reconfigure which was a success and then assisted with fitting . It goes without saying...mighty helpful ....Mitre 10
Plenty to choose from. Found what we wanted and left before I found stuff I didn't need.
I never leave good reviews But the service was too good not to! We came here today to fill up 2 gas bottles and were meet by 2 workers who had already taken the bottles and were filling them up before we had even finished getting the kids out of the car. Now that's good old fashioned service!
Great set up. Had one really awesome helper in the main shed who helped us find everything we need. Then when we went into the garden side. Good layout as well, but the customer service was a bit of a let down. Due to how overworked the lady on the register was, it just wasn't as great as the main shed.
