Great facilities, great trainers. Classes are fun and well organised- wish there were a few more on in the middle of the day but the current timetable is more than adequate. Equipment is modern, well maintained and there's enough of them that there's always a machine or bench free when you need it. Overall great place to work out!

Great facility with all your fitness needs, whether it’s free weights, machines or cardio equipment. They have it all and it’s all beautifully maintained. Abundance of space and friendly, approachable staff to answer any questions you may have. This gym has been voted “Best Gym in Townsville”.. it’s bloody easy to see why.

Great gym! Staff are friendly and helpful. The classes are great and so is the creache! I love the motivation during the classes, it really gets you to push further!

Everyone is super friendly, great equipment, classes are so much fun with the best instructors that help and motivate you and make you feel good. My kids also love the creche !
