CrossFit Townsville is located in the suburb of Condon. We are a community minded box that is inclusive of all people. We have a wide range of athletes from those just beginning to train with us to our successful competitive team Tropic Thunder. Our program is written by the founder and owner of CFTSV, former NQ Cowboys player Daniel Strickland. Dan has many years experience in health and fitness and has worked as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and CrossFit Coach. The daily WOD at CFTSV offers options for baseline, intermediate and competitive athletes. Our highly trained coaches have an eye for detail and are concerned with ensuring our athletes are all using correct technique and mechanics to ensure everyone's safety.
