Worst customer service ever. Booked and paid for a storage shed, they didn’t send the details out , said they did but I never got the email. Ladie rang me back I told her can she text it not email it please, she only sent me half the details. So couldn’t do the move that day. Ended up not needing the storage shed because couldn’t move into it on the day I needed, then Monday come around they said it wasn’t supposed to start until Monday anyway, so why would they give me the codes ? Or claim to send the email? Now they refuse to give my money back, and said they will give me 2 weeks back.nI’m a person escaping dv and everytime iv left iv used storage king airport west , those women are so helpful and lovely. These people here at storage king Sunbury are horrible, don’t want to accept they stuffed up, just focased on keeping my $150 .. Im 1 person, theyr a big company. I didn’t even get to use the storage shed because they didn’t give me the code, I should get my money back. I feel like they treated me so unfairly it wasn’t my fault at all. And they could have been kind and given my money back as I always use storage king. Not anymore this disgusting treatment towards a person escaping dv almost homeless and all they care about is my $150, horrible horrible horrible people

Needed small storage as house being built, needed contacts photo ID . Vic. License photo Not good enough resolution couldn't supply a contact # as photo at home . Never thought of myself as a national security risk but the whole experience has left that impression. nCounter staff are good. The whole experience has been ____ed.

** DONT DO IT ** The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with . All ways having problems with there doors and security system . And Nick the area manager is a lier and an absolute idiot.

Everything went well. The staff member on duty on Saturday was very nice and helpful.nMy only problem was insufficient room. I don't think the two small units were equivalent to a 3 bedroom home. I've had to store some things at my daughter's house. Otherwise I would have given you a 10. Sorry Laughlin ....

Couldn't ask for more friendly and helpful service. Andrew and Melody were great. Thank you very much
