My unit was broken into and almost $30k of property stolen. Im an interstate fifo worker, this seemed to be the most suitable and practical place for me to keep my belongings and for over a year it was fine. A few months ago my unit was broken into while I was at work and my bikes and toolbox were stolen. Somehow the thieves gained entry to the compound easily and undetected. No explanation has ever been given as to how they got in, very limited information was passed onto police and the insurance claim process was an absolute nightmare. I've since learned that there are far better storage facilities with much better security and more trustworthy management. Do not trust these people with your belongings, they won't be safe.
Just had a poor customer service experience with a person named Kate over the phone. Unprofessional phrase used by her and I did not get the outcome of obtaining storage that I require. Low grade experience overall.
I moved my belonhings into the facility last week, recommended by dear friends. The service to start was impecable and went beyond to facilitate the move. On the same day I was flying out, in a very hot day. The attention to details was greatly appreciated and effective. THANK YOU!
