Would give it 5 stars but the girls at the front desk are rude and never have a smile on their face. If your not happy working there.... then find another job, where you don't have to work with people.
Good clean premises no leaks i have seen. The staff i have dealt with are wonderful. Only downside is on a rare occasion tenants believe they are the only people in the world and will block a whole driveway to move stuff around.. very rare though and generally another route around

My friend passed away has no family here i rang explained the situation he explained he couldnt give information i pleaded i only want to know if he owes money so he dosent loose the unit as he wanted to send some stuff home to his country once he new this he went out of his way to find out further details to assist me he took my details and said he would do what he could and someone would get back to me in a week i hope he does and i hope my mate doesn't loose his storage unit
Apparently customers have stolen all the trolleys so if you have storage on the top floors, you have to carry it from the lift to your unit. Seems there is jo rush to replace them or retrieve them from thieves cameras everywhere
Good access hours. Units are very secure and dry.
Slap on an 11 dollar fee for being one day late on payment. Doggy as.
Excellence in Customer Service, outstanding. The actual shop is amazingly clean & set out in a way that you see everything & notice this immediately.
Great service, good storage and amazing prices. Highly recommend
Entrapment. Was told I'd receive notice toward the end of my lease, instead received a call on the very day it expired saying I owe more money outside the agreed upon rates
