Absolute disgrace, filled with a bunch of nasty narcissistic people, especially that blonde women named Robyn she was arrogant, rude treated me and my mother with disrespect never felt so belittled in my life. Then there's this other women who I never saw, but spoke on the phone she had this foreign accent, she was absolutely disgusting the way she deals with people. In fact they were all rude im not going to rank them. Someone comes to your place of business you respect them. You dont even deserve 1 star............................. YUCK

Sentinel Storage has been extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly throughout the whole time, I would definitely recommend to others.

I have stored at Sentinel Self Storage Maddington and Bassendean in the past. I found the customer service to be first class and friendly staff always willing to help. The free trailer hire was convenient for my house move. The clean amenities and secure facility will see me use them again next time I store.
