Ravi was a pleasure to deal with, from measure up to installation, everything was done on time and at a very affordable rate, I would highly recommend using Stone Galaxy.
After weeks looking for a bench for our bathroom we stumbled across Ravi at Stone Galaxy. Not only are his prices highly competitive but he also went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with a fast turn around. We will be back for our kitchen bench! Can not recommend Ravis services enough
Good communication, great expertise on consult, Ravi knows his stuff and I felt confident my job would be trouble free and run to plan. I hired Stone Galaxy after 3 seperate quotes from HiPages tradies and review searched each of the companies profiles where Stone Galaxy came up with 27 recommendations. As expected, install was completely hassle free, kitchen bench was installed on first go and Ravi had managed to cut all the many angles and the sink and stovetop holes perfectly and the joins were almost impossible to see. Ravi was so fantastic to deal with. He was professional and very particular about the quality and my satisfaction. Such an amazing difference... my kitchen was transformed, house was sold and a no brainer second hire for another multi angle benchtop at my next house went to plan as well and again looks brilliant! TRULY PROFESSIONAL JOB HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We have used Stone Gallery for two house renovation projects and we cannot recommend this company highly enough. From selection of stone, to quote, to fittings ... Ravi has gone above and beyond to assist us.
I now have a beautiful stone bench top thanks to Ravi. He was very professional and particular. He took great care with his job and I would recommend him 100%.
if you pay $250/sqm, you expect good service and good workman ship. Nothing from this business appeal to that. He wants upfront payment before a installation date is committed, he wants immediate payment as soon as finishes before he leave your place. The technique he put silicon on is amateur, he doesn't bring his consumables to you but rather ask you to provide. Not even man power to transfer to stone to your place. Measuring was quick but according to other stonemason recommended, he doesn't make a template before he cuts or when measuring. He doesn't care about the 'plan' and if there is any discrepancy, he wants to blame others. He is arrogant and want to intimidate you because your kitchen finishes depends on the stone bench. I would not recommend this business or its owner. If it wasn't Christmas and a rush to the job, I would take the recommendation to select this business.
Benchtps, benchtops including anything else in stone and does it with care presision wih prompt service and very , very competitive pricing. Less than 10 days initial contact to instalaton, millimeter perfect. John hurley....
