My wife and I engaged Made of Stone for our new kitchen which included benches and splash backs. Our experience with made of stone was fantastic. We could not be happier. The stone was delivered and installed by professionals who did an outstanding job. They were also very careful when bringing the stone in the lift and our appartment. We could not be happier. I cannot speak too highly of the great service provided by both Made of Stone and Builders Discount Warehouse. It was a delight to work with Krystal at Made of Stone to ensure that a vanity top with quite tight tolerances was finished to perfection and delivered in time to avoid any holdups in the job. Communication with Krystal and with Naomi and Max at BDW meant any drama was eliminated for this happy customer. Many thanks to all.
What a great experience! We needed a stone top for our new bathroom vanity at short notice after our original supplier couldn't deliver. Three weeks out from Christmas the team was able to fit us in, they met the estimated time frame and cost, and the end result is fantastic. Would not hesitate using them again for our next renovation project.
We cannot fault the service from Builders Discount Warehouse and Made of Stone. Right from the get-go Monique was amazingly helpful and after sales service was equally commendable. Likewise Krystle and stonemason staff from Made of Stone were wonderful and their after sales service was just fantastic. My husband and I would unreservedly recommend these suppliers. Fantastic group of people and top rate customer service. We are building for the second time and, like most people, had many dramas along the way. Made of Stone were one of the highlights of the experience, from beginning to end. They were very welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We made multiple changes to our design and they were very good about it. When there was a problem on install inevitably there always are with something, they owned it straight away and rectified it. There are not many businesses like this around. Very professional and we are so happy with the look of the stone. Could not recommend them enough. Would 100% use them again.
No communication. Originally cut the top wrong, however quickly fixed no argument. Didn't ask for payment for 3 weeks after completion so I just played them on my own behalf through MB Qld. But now they won't stop asking for payment when I have provided receipts. Strange company. Job was OK though. Just weird to deal with that's all.
Was introduced to Made of Stone through BRW at Springwood. They have supplied and installed stone and porcelain benchtops across a broad range of residential projects for us over the years and are always great to deal with. Always cost effective, efficient and ready to sort any issues without fuss.
We had a beautiful marble benchtop installed at our home & we can not fault Made of Stone's customer service or installation process. Highly recommend & extremely easy to deal with. 5 STARS !
I could not be happier that Made of Stone did my kitchen benchtop. It looks really good. The walls are far from square but this was not a problem for the fitters. The original quote had oversized the stone benchtop so I ended up getting over $800 1/4 off the cost of my benchtop. So an honest company that provides a great service at a decent price.
