Karen and her team from compassionate funerals ,Have created a business that enables you to find a positive out of what is usually a very negative time. Karen has a very practical approach was easy to talk to making dealing with the funeral arrangements comforting rather than up setting. She guided us through each step of organising my husbands funeral. she listened to our thoughts and interpreted them wonderfully by making all his children and his two special granddaughters apart of the service. enabling us to decide how to celebrate my husbands life and give him the kind of funeral he would of appreciated.

When my father passed away recently we didn't know where to start with arranging a funeral service. After phoning a few funeral homes, we were not 100% confident they were suitable. Then we phoned Compassionate Funerals at Brendale and upon speaking with Karen, immediately felt comfortable. The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful and professional. We would not hesitate recommending their family owned business to anyone. Thank you so much Karen and your family for everything.

Karen and the team did a most excellent job with our families funeral service. I could not fault any aspect of the required steps and process we went through with them. We were kept well informed through a difficult time, and the final memorial service was of a high standard. Highly recomend this service.

My experience is the fact that I get contract work that deals with funeral companies. I noticed Karen and her team put in nice little personal touches to show respect for the deceased and their families. Everytime I was asked to certify a body, they are neatly dressed in the fridge, which is nice.

My family were very impressed by the professionalism, care and reasonable costs of my mother's funeral. Karen and the team at Compassionate Funerals were easy to deal with and responsive to our wishes. I would recommend them to anyone else without reservation.
