There are some truly wonderful people in this world! We went out today forgetting that there were fireworks. When booking our table the gentleman said we have 2 tables left and showed me to the one with the best view Of the fireworks and I explained that my husband is ex military and unfortunately doesn't handle fireworks well so instead can I have the table the furthest away. We had an amazing meal and two lovely couples at the two tables next to us who were both smitten with Eli. Then the fireworks started and Will done his best to handle it however one of the two couples noticed wills discomfort. After having dinner I went up to pay our bill only to be handed a card that read... "Thank you for protecting our country so that we can enjoy the fireworks also your baby is SUPER cute" They paid our bill entirely We didn't get to thank you but from the bottom of our hearts Thank you You bought my husband to tears with your heart felt generosity and genuine gratitude I would also like to thank the amazing staff the man who booked us our table you went above an beyond to make sure my husband was comfortable during the fireworks and I thank you it really is the little things sometime. I didn't catch your name or get to thank you before we left so thank you.. We don't get out much with out mad house of 6 children and my husband working 2 jobs so thank you again for making our night out the best one possible. This is an amazing country we live in with some even more amazing people.. what a perfect way to be ending to Australia day..

We went looking for good steak. There was no details or price on menu, only on special paper board menu. For ambience, romance, yes it's great. If you have save your appetite for a good feed then this is not the place. Portions were rather meagre for the price charged. If you're not a big eater like my man, all is good. If value is no problem, great. Location great, food average.

the venue/location is 4+ stars.... but food and service as at today, 3 stars at best.... and that's being generous..... dont have anything against the place....but for what we paid for and the status that they claimed...... they need to do better and refines they services and products. wishing they do well in the near future....

When you want an outstanding dining experience, Storehouse is the place to go. Amazing location overlooking the Brisbane River across to the city; service that is above and beyond; and quite possibly the best cut of steak I have ever had. Most recently came here for our anniversary and they wrote a nice little white chocolate message on our dessert plate.

Service was execrable. Saturday 4.40pm, got a table and ordered 4 share plates, 2 cocktails and a glass of wine at the bar. At 5pm the first share plate arrives, no drinks. 5 minutes later yes, here they are, barman apologizes because it's his first day. The only reason I've given it 2 stars is because the food was good. We certainly didn't feel we got value for money. A resturant of Stokehouse Q's caibre should be embarrassed.
