We ordered two cappuccino, one with normal milk, one with almond milk. We have repeatedly told the staff that we want normal milk in a pink mug and almond in a blue mug. As a result, we got normal milk in a blue cup and none in the other cup. Instead of apologizing to us that he has no almond milk if he does not? and made two cappuccino as ordered from normal milk,so did only one cappuccino. There is no choice of food in the shop, some things are expired. The staff was uncomfortable, unable to fulfill the order and talked quietly all the time certainly not something pleasant. Lived in Stoke all of my life and always stopping in to the local Night n Day but since of the recent new ownership. I find they are very rude, Rolling eye's, Laughing at IDs I find this very unprofessional and the store itself unclean.
Hot food is delish! Best place to get hot food, can guarantee that. XD Smiling staff and really big scoops of ice cream. Will come again for the hot food !
I asked if I could have a smaller portion of chips for a cheaper price and they agreed. Very happy.
Great place to great munchies especially chicken & chips.
Don’t get the takeaway food it’s disgusting
Nah spoken to them a few times about them burning ther hot chips their blaming oil but its clarely over cooked don't bye chips there but other wise there good people
