For the second time in a month I've visited a Macca's Crown Road Taupo and Tahunanui, ordered a fillet of fish burger and it's been supplied with everything centered between the buns! Amazing! The fish, cheese and sauce are usually hanging over the edge of the bun. Congratulations team.nnI had always thought that Macca's training required the chef to throw the contents at the bun and pray it centered itself on the bun!
Mighty Texan burger looked like it was literally thrown into the box. The meat patties were only 3/4 in. Sauce only on one side. Two very small pieces of bacon. After I put the burger back together it still tasted good. I swapped the drink for a large decaf mocha. Was not made correctly with the chocolate mostly at the bottom. I will not be returning.
Well where do I start I asked for a big Mack with extra Mac sauce that I paid for then I asked for a double cheeseburger with mayo and got a quarter pounder with mayo. Asked for 6 nuggets and was charged for ten. Then wife called me when in drive through wanting a caramel Sundae . The crew said they couldn’t do it and I would have to drive back through to get a Sundae well all food is cold they said we don’t have a till at second window bad experience as haven’t had mc Donald’s in years. Makes me realise why!!! Don’t ever go there!!! Horrible service and definitely deserve this criticism!!
Terrible service, this has happened a few times and we had gone back a few times and put it behind us but last night was the last straw half our order was forgotten and in past it’s been one item here and there and we have either gone back or just left it even though we have been charged for them every time. Last night was the worst. Our food was cold and we had to go back after driving home to find out half the order wasn’t in there so by that time it was disgusting. When we have gone back previously we have been grilled with attitude like we were lying when something is missing and the staff were rude. We won’t be back they have had chance after chance and we have spent so much money here over the years it’s really disappointing.
Most amazing service about 2.30pm 13 jan 2025 so friendly and our order was perfect, thank you
