SUPT/Matt was awesome in communicating clearly the issues with my back, and outlining a plan for improvement. After years of problems with my back (and not really understanding the core problem), and numerous chiro, osteo and gym programs, I'm optimistic I'm on the right path. This program should prevent issues with my back, rather than needing rehabilitation when a have a problem.

Really friendly and accomodating staff and most importantly knowledgable! Not only do I feel better after leaving but I'm taught techniques and exercises to prevent it from reoccurring. Highly recommended!

Matt is one of the best PTs I've ever been to. Not only did he help me get rid of my back pain, but he also helped me improve my posture and overall strength so that I won't have the same problems in the future!

Matt's treatment and exercise plan has all but eliminated my pain and significantly improved my range of motion from a 25-year-old injury. I have treated this injury with physiotherapy, osteopathy and pilates for nearly 20 years with limited success; Matt's treatment plan challenges the body to move in ways that strengthen muscles and eliminate unnecessary strain -- meaning the body no longer needs to compensate and the pain goes away!
