We are a Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy Clinic with a fully equipped Clinical Pilates Studio located across from the beach in Port Melbourne

Story

Our team of highly qualified physiotherapists specialise in treating sports and spinal injuries and pain, with a special interest in pregnancy related pelvic and spinal pain. We offer small group Clinical Pilates classes aimed at assisting clients to recovery from sporting and spinal injuries, maintain physical fitness and well-being, keep fit during pregnancy and to get back into shape post baby.

I've done pilates here and also had a massage once, really friendly staff and atmosphere. Pilates does wonders and the teachers are highly skilled. I love that in the pilates room there always seems to be a real positive community vibe. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the professional manner of these girls. The premises are modern, tasteful and sparkling clean. I never felt rushed at all, and they took the time to listen to my problem and made me feel very special. My back and neck are showing definite improvement and I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues. Wish I had come to you sooner - regards Mark

I really like all the physios at Port Melbourne Physio & Pilates. The pilates classes are terrific and have really helped with my back & hip pain (especially during pregnancy!). I highly recommend them to all my preggie friends!!

I met with Sally Maple to get my shoulder fixed after hurting myself in the gym. During treatment she found that the problems was not in the shoulder but somewhere in the scapular area. I'm not sure what she did but two days later I was like new!
