I have been going to balanced bodies for about 2 mouths since moving here from the uk. For a long time now I have suffered with extreme tension im my left shoulder and neck. I have been having massage treatment from Raul who has been very supportive as he sees that it is having a very negative impact on my life. The treatment I have recieved has been great and I am slowly but surely starting to see results. I know that’s there is still a long way to go but with the support from the team at balanced bodies, I know I’m on the right path.

My local for massages.  All staff are fantastic!  Ross has excellent technique and does myotherapy which is great for pregnancy.  Best hidden gem in Port Melb!

I booked a massage with Simon recently and have to say it was one of the best massages I have ever had.  He had great technique and I left feeling completely relaxed.  Thank you Simon, cheers Emily

Brilliant massages here. Kim has left for UK but Felicity is fabulous You can buy a package and get massages for $65.

Remedial massage with Carla yesterday was fabulous. Highly recommended

Massage was amazing however I felt my body ached after.
