We live three hours from this store but have a holiday house close and emailed a query about some new kitchen appliances. They staff member was extremely fast to reply with the quote and arranged everything for us including being able to keep the products in store for us and delivery when we are ready. Could not fault the customer service, excellent to deal with.

Always friendly service, fast delivery and good pricing. The place to go for electrical goods in stawell. Have been using them for work and personal purchasing and never been let down yet. Definately better than anywhere else i've been.
Brett and his team are fantastic. What makes me continue to shop here? These are the type of people that make you want to buy local.Its not just dollars and cents, though there prices are very competitive. They've always gone above and beyond with their personal service and backup. Something you won't get if you buy in Ballarat.
Was decent service, now the staff come across rudely and also the replacement TV from December " literally just went bang noise and now won't even turn on wtH " will give 5 stars again when this issue is resolved. Decent service and takes responsibility for the items they sell. Good staff aswell. A+
Another excellent day of service from Stawell Bi-Rite. Cody went under the house to install a length of internet cable and took my word that there were so snakes and also unpacked and setup a sound bar. The cost was more than reasonable and Cody even sent a pic of a splitter connection I will need to receive Netflix. This is the kind of service you depend on in a small town. Frankly, you'd be mad to go anywhere else.
