I really enjoy going to Specsavers Stawell. The staff are fantastic, s ok polite and helpful. When going through eye tests, customers are made as comfortable as possible, and are given easily understood details of their results. The ranges of glasses frames available are fabulous. There is so etching to suit everyone's taste, and budget!

The staff in Stawell Specsavers  are all helpful and friendly. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for eye tests and glasses.

I'm a bit dissapointed today with my daughter appointment  how it was handle for not child friendly, no patience at all to handle kids  and very unprofessional for commenting that my daughter her eyesight grade is gonna keep increasing for she have too much using iPad, infact my daughter doesn't even have an iPad. As a parent you always do your best for your kids.Its just sad that I'm a loyal customer,  I drive more than one hour  to be  there and that is the treatment we got..She know that putting contact lenses  for kids is really a challenge...I appreciate  for the suggestion  and trying but commenting below the belt that's unprofessional.I apologise for putting it here but I need to vent out.Kids needs patience  to deal with..

I had good help and you are look after

Very helpful I had my glasses broken and had a wait if 4 weeks I was put on a waiting list and a week later I was booked in.  While I am waiting for my  new glasses to arrive. The lovely young girl offered to make me up a pair of glasses to get by.  So very thankful

The staff in Stawell are always wonderful.  Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good personal service and quick turn around for eye wear. Good selection of eye wear to choose from

Very friendly service.  Could do with a bigger range of smaller sized frames.
